E-Commerce Specialist / Online Shop Manager Shopify & Marketplaces
Become part of KIEFERMANN and actively shape the next growth phase of our premium fashion label. Work directly with our founder on Shopify, marketplaces, and modern AI workflows – flexibly remote, hybrid, or in Krefeld.
Your Tasks
- Support, maintenance, and operational development of our Shopify online shop and our connected marketplaces.
- Image and video editing: You optimally prepare content (photos & videos) for web use and utilize the latest AI tools, whose application you proactively help shape with us.
- Conscientious data maintenance: Creation of new items, updating of product descriptions, and inventory management.
- Conception and creation of conversion-strong and visually appealing landing pages.
- Close and direct collaboration with the management (Alexandra Kiefermann) to implement new e-commerce strategies.
Your Profile
- You have solid practical experience in working with Shopify.
- You have experience in image and video editing, but prefer to use AI tools and new techniques instead of "old school" methods. You have a positive hands-on mentality, are enthusiastic about testing innovative possibilities, and want to actively drive and push our visual setup.
- Ideally, you have already worked with the middleware Tradebyte and the email marketing tool Klaviyo (not a must, but a big plus).
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and independent manner.
- You have an affinity for fashion and e-commerce, as well as a good basic technical understanding.

Working Student: E-Commerce & Design Support
To relieve our team in day-to-day business and further expand our digital channels, we are looking for a dedicated student assistant as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- E-commerce & Shop Maintenance: You will be actively involved in maintaining our online shop – uploading photos, creating new subcategories, and developing visually appealing tiles/teasers for the website.
- Content Creation: You will create precise product texts and be responsible for creating and preparing B2B and online shop images.
- Marketplace Support: You will assist with the preparation and connection of new marketplaces (e.g., Breuninger) and handle the necessary data maintenance.
- Design Support: You will support our designers in their operational day-to-day business with collection creation.
- As with the entire team, our motto is: We promote the use of new tools (e.g., in the field of AI image editing) – you will help us implement these modern possibilities in daily work.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a study program (ideally in E-commerce, Fashion Management, Media, Design, or similar).
- You are very computer-savvy, quickly navigate new systems, and are not afraid of digital tools.
- You enjoy writing, have a good eye for graphics, and like to work independently and structured.
- You have a hands-on mentality, are open to new technologies, and are eager to contribute in a dynamic fashion environment.
