To comply with the requirements of the EU Consumer Protection Directive, we offer you the opportunity to informally declare your withdrawal here.

Please note that declaring a withdrawal does not automatically trigger a return registration or generate a DHL return label.

For returns from Germany, we generally provide a free DHL return label as a voluntary service, provided the return is registered via the customer account within the statutory withdrawal period and the free return option has not been restricted or excluded in accordance with Section 3 of our General Terms and Conditions.

To do this, simply enter kiefermann.com/account into your browser and select the relevant order there.

If the return is not registered within the statutory withdrawal period or if no free return label is provided, the goods must be returned at your own expense within the statutory return period. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by this.

Returns from abroad are generally at your own expense.
